As we continue to scale across markets, we are looking for a Director of Partnerships, Global to bring structure, discipline, and predictability to our commercial organisation. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for running XCEED’s global partnerships execution.
This is a senior, operational leadership role focused on performance, forecasting accuracy, and process excellence across regions. You will manage regional Heads of Partnerships (or, consequently, Partnerships Managers) to ensure that company revenue targets translate into clear weekly execution, consistent deal quality, and reliable reporting.
This role is about building and enforcing the systems, cadence, and accountability that allow regional teams to perform at a high level, consistently and at scale. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to ensure XCEED’s commercial organisation becomes predictable, aligned, and ready for long-term growth.
Implement and enforce a global commercial operating system across all regions.
Provide clear visibility into commercial risks, performance gaps, and revenue opportunities across all regions.
Own performance management across regional Heads of Partnerships and Partnerships Managers, including KPIs, targets, and formal weekly and quarterly performance reviews.
Standardize and maintain pipeline stages, qualification criteria, forecasting rules, and sales cadences.
Own CRM governance, ensuring data accuracy, adoption, reporting consistency, and dashboard reliability across markets.
Lead weekly global revenue meetings and monthly performance reviews, driving accountability and execution discipline.
Directly manage and coach regional Heads of Partnerships, strengthening forecasting accuracy, deal quality, and team leadership.
Translate company revenue targets into clear quarterly plans and weekly execution priorities for each market.
Support complex or high-impact partnership deals by improving structure, pricing logic, and risk evaluation.
Enforce commercial discipline across pricing, discounting, sponsorships, and non-standard deal structures.
Identify performance gaps, operational bottlenecks, and skill shortages, and drive corrective actions through clear processes and coaching.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing to align lead generation quality and conversion goals.
Partner with Product to relay structured market insights and influence road-map prioritization.
Collaborate with Operations to improve onboarding workflows and customer experience.
Propose hiring needs for the Business team based on performance trends and capacity modelling, and manage hiring for the department.
Work closely with Finance on forecasting, reporting, performance tracking, and capacity planning.
Proven experience managing multi-market or multi-region commercial teams through senior regional leaders.
8+ years of experience in commercial leadership, partnerships, or revenue operations roles, ideally in B2B SaaS, ticketing, events, or marketplaces.
Strong operational mindset with a track record of improving forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline, and execution consistency.
Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into clear priorities, decisions, and actions.
Deep experience with CRM systems and sales reporting; Pipedrive experience is a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills, with a direct, structured, and highly organised working style.
Strong coaching, feedback, and conflict management skills.
Comfortable influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Adaptable, resilient, and effective in fast-paced, imperfect, scaling environments.
Languages: Professional fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
